Maintenance Agreement

Condon-Reed, Inc. can provide a Full Coverage Maintenance Agreement for your residential or commercial Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment for a small yearly fee. Please call our Service Department at 703-534-5390

Maintenance Agreement includes:

One Annual Check

A trained technician will inspect and adjust your equipment for peak performance. Cleaning, lubricating and replacement of parts will be done whenever necessary to prevent trouble before it starts.

Prompt Priority Service

If a service call is ever necessary, an experienced technician will be dispatched to your home promptly, and efficiently. For this convenience, there is no additional charge. We offer No Heat Emergency Calls from October 15 through April 15 until 10:00 pm every day, weekend, and holiday.

Parts Coverage

All worn or defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. Properly operating parts make our maintenance and service job easier and keeps you happy. Therefore, you can be sure we'll always provide you with the best components possible. Compressors, condensor and evaporator coils, heat exchangers and electric heating elements out of the manufacturer warranty will not be covered.

Discounts

If no additional calls or parts are required, a 10% discount will be applied to the following year's renewal price.

Pricing - Please call our Service Department at 703-534-5390. Rates are determined by equipment and by size. Humidifiers and electronic air cleaners can be added to your Agreement for a small price.
